class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74da56e elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74da56e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Factores naturales y la acci\u00f3n humana afectan la calidad de cualquier masa de agua, superficial o subterr\u00e1nea. A nivel mundial el crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n humana, la expansi\u00f3n de la actividad industrial y agr\u00edcola y la amenaza del cambio clim\u00e1tico como factor de alteraci\u00f3n en el ciclo hidrol\u00f3gico son responsables del deterioro de la calidad del agua.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>La calidad del agua es una medida de sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas, qu\u00edmicas, biol\u00f3gicas y microbiol\u00f3gicas. El monitoreo y conocimiento de la calidad y cantidad de los diferentes recursos h\u00eddricos es una necesidad y desaf\u00edo del siglo XXI por su impacto directo en la salud p\u00fablica en particular y los ecosistemas en general.<\/p><p>La calidad y cantidad de los recursos h\u00eddricos nacionales son ejes transversales de los Principios Rectores de la Pol\u00edtica H\u00eddrica. As\u00ed el Principio 6 establece:<\/p><p>\u201cMantener y restaurar la calidad de las aguas constituye la meta de la Gesti\u00f3n H\u00eddrica m\u00e1s valorada por la sociedad, lo cual demanda una efectiva complementaci\u00f3n de las acciones desarrolladas por las autoridades h\u00eddricas provinciales y nacionales en ese sentido (&#8230;)\u201d. En tanto que en el Principio 45 se establece: \u00bb Conocer y evaluar el estado y la din\u00e1mica del recurso h\u00eddrico con precisi\u00f3n \u2013en cantidad y calidad\u2013 constituye el insumo b\u00e1sico de todo proceso de planeamiento y gesti\u00f3n, proveyendo adem\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n esencial para controlar la eficiencia y sustentabilidad de los sistemas h\u00eddricos y del conjunto de las actividades sociales y econ\u00f3micas relacionadas con el agua. (&#8230;)\u00bb<\/p><p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) en el Manual para el desarrollo de planes de seguridad del agua (2009) resalta como un eje fundamental la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la cuenca de captaci\u00f3n del agua, en cantidad y calidad, que posteriormente ser\u00e1 destinada al consumo humano.<\/p><p>La Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura y Pol\u00edtica H\u00eddrica de Argentina dise\u00f1a, coordina e implementa el Plan Nacional del Agua en todo el territorio nacional. La implementaci\u00f3n del Plan Nacional del Agua est\u00e1 regido por los principios de preservaci\u00f3n de los recursos h\u00eddricos, fortalecimiento de capacidades de los actores asociados al agua, la innovaci\u00f3n para lograr mejoras pr\u00e1cticas y tecnolog\u00edas locales al servicio del desarrollo y participaci\u00f3n a fin de aumentar el compromiso y responsabilidad de los actores.<\/p><p>En el marco de las III Jornadas Nacionales de Pol\u00edtica H\u00eddrica en las conclusiones del trabajo de la comisi\u00f3n de evaluaci\u00f3n y monitoreo de la calidad de los recursos h\u00eddricos\u00a0 se estableci\u00f3:<\/p><p>\u00abCreaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n de calidad del agua en el marco del COHIFE. Establecimiento de lineamientos a nivel nacional y provincial para la formaci\u00f3n de redes de cooperaci\u00f3n interinstitucional a nivel de cuencas.\u00bb<\/p><p>Atendiendo a lo antes expuesto en la XXXI Asamblea Ordinaria del COHIFE se aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Calidad, Cantidad e Integraci\u00f3n de Redes.<\/p><p>Son los objetivos de esta comisi\u00f3n: \u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Lograr un consenso sobre la metodolog\u00eda recomendada para la valoraci\u00f3n de la calidad de los recursos h\u00eddricos en la Argentina y su cuantificaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Promover la aplicabilidad de los indicadores y metas propuestos dentro del ODS 6, fundamentalmente los relacionados con la calidad y cantidad de los recursos h\u00eddricos.<\/li><li>Determinar los criterios m\u00ednimos para la determinaci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas de base de calidad para los diferentes recursos h\u00eddricos del pa\u00eds<\/li><li>Conformar un sistema de informaci\u00f3n georreferenciada de la calidad, cantidad y redes del pa\u00eds.<\/li><\/ul><p>La Comisi\u00f3n de calidad de agua est\u00e1 integrada por los representantes de las provincias de:<\/p><ul><li>Neuqu\u00e9n<\/li><li>Provincia de Buenos Aires<\/li><li>Chaco<\/li><li>C\u00f3rdoba<\/li><li>R\u00edo Negro<\/li><li>Entre
