data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Agua y Ambiente se crea en agosto de 2020, en la reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo del COHIFe N\u00b0 132.<\/p><p>La relevancia de crear esta comisi\u00f3n en el marco del organismo federal se basa en la necesidad de reafirmar, reconocer, difundir y comprometer a la comunidad de nuestro pa\u00eds de la importancia de tener una visi\u00f3n integral sobre los recursos de los cuales se sustenta la sociedad actual, y que asumamos un compromiso de actuar\/ accionar social e individualmente para acercarnos a un equilibrio en la relaci\u00f3n Sociedad-Naturaleza; \u201cteniendo en cuenta que en cada momento hist\u00f3rico las sociedades se apropian de la naturaleza y toman posesi\u00f3n de aquellos elementos que necesitan para satisfacer sus necesidades, transform\u00e1ndola en una naturaleza cada vez m\u00e1s humanizada o artificial\u201d.<br \/>As\u00ed, \u201cel producto de esta relaci\u00f3n entre la sociedad y la naturaleza es lo que se define como espacio en el que vivimos, (geogr\u00e1fico): el resultado del trabajo colectivo a lo largo del tiempo y tambi\u00e9n el escenario material para el desarrollo de la vida social\u201d.<br \/>En conclusi\u00f3n, \u201cla relaci\u00f3n sociedad \u2013 naturaleza, le otorga un significado puramente social al conjunto de elementos y procesos del medio natural (el clima, el relieve, la hidrograf\u00eda, los suelos, la vegetaci\u00f3n natural, etc.), entendidos \u00e9stos como una oferta de recursos para satisfacer necesidades de la sociedad.<br \/>Desde esta perspectiva, el concepto de recurso natural, ya sea agua y otros, se convierten en articuladores claves de la relaci\u00f3n sociedad-naturaleza, a trav\u00e9s de las nociones de usos y funciones de la naturaleza y de manejo de los mismos.<br \/>El agua como parte de todos los ecosistemas naturales es clave por ejemplo en la absorci\u00f3n del carbono, presta servicios de regulaci\u00f3n, \u201cque gobierna el clima y la meteorolog\u00eda y permite el funcionamiento de nuestro planeta.<br \/>Como acciones primarias y mensaje a nuestras comunidades, \u201cavancemos hacia un planeta m\u00e1s verde\u201d<\/p><p>Esta comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 coordinada por la provincia de Buenos
